How long until I receive the design?
You will receive the preview within 24 to 72 business hours (Monday to Friday) after you have made the purchase for you to review, request modifications and approve. Once you approve it, the final design I will be sent to you during the next business day. The process will be completed in 72 hours or less as long as you respond to the test design as soon as we send it to you.
Rush service is available for an additional $ 5. The files are ready in less than 12 hours (Monday to Sunday).
How many revisions can be made?
After receiving your digital file, check the design and spelling. If there are any spelling errors or if you are not completely satisfied, let me know and I will make the small changes. Each additional revision to this would cost $ 5.
Can you print the design for me?
Currently I do not offer the printing service, but the benefit that you have when obtaining a digital file is that you can print it as many times as you want.
The color I chose is not the same as the photo. Why?
Colors may vary between online viewing and your actual printed product. All computer monitors display color differently, just as all printers print differently. For best results print on a professional printer.
Do you accept orders and requests for special designs?

What are the file formats I will receive?
JPEG or PDF files
You can open all PDF files with Adobe PDF Reader without any problem.
PDF files can ONLY be opened and printed with the Adobe PDF reader.
YOU CANNOT open with any other program
How can I pay?
We accept credit cards or PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card.
